We had gotten so use to deploying the MSU in our imaging process, that we had never bothered to check for updated documentation since moving on from That said, all my standalone machines and 20H2 have the RSAT features available, so not entirely sure why they were not available on yours. I believe the no features to install is because you’re not an administrator.
