Regards Eli. I just spent 45 minutes talking to three different people regarding the billing of my account. I had cancelled my subscription three months ago so I thought. I went through the steps as there is a link on the monthly email I get for payment. Soon after cancelling I quit receiving the monthly emails so I can only assume it was done properly. When I called they sent me to three different people just trying to determine which department I needed to talk with. Once they determined who I needed to speak with she informed me that the cancellation must not have gone through because she still showed the subscription active.

My computer crashed three months ago which is why I cancelled. I have not been able to access the subscription in any way. She would if she could but physically cannot. At the very least they should refund the three months which still only covers half of the expenses in my checking account.

I have dwelt with bad customer service and greedy companies as everyone has I’m sure. But what sent me over the edge and lead me to this post is the ridiculousness of their response.

They want to help but the system wont allow them to! So I asked to speak to someone who has the authority to handle system errors to which they explained no one.

So I asked who handles billing errors or complaints when customers have problems. Two yes two of the customer service reps said no one because they don’t get complaints from customers and have not ever had any billing issues.
