In the Profile Name box, type the name you want to use for your new profile. Note: The Add Account Wizard automatically searches for your mail server settings.

I went to this. It never created one! Now I can’t start up Outlook. The other Office apps that i’ve tried work fine. I’ve tried uninstalling office and reinstalling with the key and get the same error and Outlook will not start. Go to Control panel, find Mail – open the profile and remove the account that is missing the ost file then add it back or make a new profile.
