From then on, it wouldn’t open. I have tried to uninstall it then re-install it again with no avail. It would not uninstall. I have also tried to Repair it using the disc, but it won’t repair either. When I try to open it, the yellow rectangle that has “Microsoft Office Word ” appears, then disappears immediately afterwards. After a few tries, it says “Microsoft Word is not responding” and asks you either to “Wait for the program to respond” or ” Close the program”.

I have tried both, but immediately after that too, the “Word is trying to find a solution to your problem” window closes. The next try, it says “Microsoft Word failed to start correctly last time” and asks you to try and start it in Safe Mode. I have clicked OK and NO, but the window just closes either way after. I have tried downloading the Fix-It program from the Microsoft website, but it didn’t work either. S: only Microsoft Office Word is not functioning.
