Decided it’s time to upgrade windows. After upgrading the windows I messed around with some services and windows no longer booted. By the time I made windows not accessible I haven’t checked to see if monitor was working at 60hz. So I did a clean install of Windows 10 since it’s registered to my hardware it will be no problem.
